I never been to Cape Cod. I dream about going one day. I would love to see cedar shingles houses lined against a backdrop of the roaring ocean. What a dream to stroll along the beaches of that little island looking ever so stylish with my LL Bean Canvas boat tote. But alas, a fear of flying and a fear of a 25.00 Massachusetts Cape Cod beach burger leave me dreaming in Georgia.....oh, Cape Cod.

ReplyDeleteI've been only once, when I was 13. The two things I remember are The Kennedy Compound, as seen from a tour boat, and a seafood restaurant that my father insisted we leave, after being seated, when he saw the menu prices. At 13 that type of mortification remains forever in your memories. I plan to return, hopefully very soon. My daughter was there in September and her photos were so beautiful!
